By downloading or using Split Ease, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

Description of Service

Split Ease is a mobile application that helps users split bills and shared expenses using AI-powered receipt scanning technology.

Subscriptions

Split Ease offers subscription plans at $2.99/month or $7.99/year. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store settings

Fair Usage Policy

Free tier users are limited to 3 receipt scans per month. Paid subscribers have unlimited scans subject to reasonable use.

Accuracy Disclaimer

While Split Ease strives for high accuracy in receipt scanning, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Users should verify scanned results before sharing. Split Ease is not responsible for incorrect calculations resulting from scanning errors.

Intellectual Property

The Split Ease app, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Split Ease and protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Split Ease shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled through the Apple App Store in accordance with Apple's refund policy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
